Startup Weekend Glasgow

This year Startup Weekend Glasgow is partnering with Cleanweb Scotland, and prizes will be awarded for startups with the greatest potential to make a positive environmental impact both locally and globally. We are strongly aligned with the Cleanweb movement: using information technology to drive massive improvements in global sustainability, economic prosperity, and human well-being. Startup Weekend Glasgow: Sustainability, Cleantech & Cleanweb On the 25th October 2013, 100 hardware and software hackers, designers and industry experts will be gathering at SocietyM for a 54 hour frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing and market validation. We invite anyone with an interest in startups, sustainability and technology to come along and get stuck in, flex their entrepreneurial skills and make some new friends. If you can’t make the full event, join us at the Lighthouse from 4.30pm on Sunday to meet the teams and watch them pitch to our panel of judges.
